Steve Vilot has decades of experience in the world of barbering, co-owner of Sim’s Barber Lab in Boston, educator for Gibs Grooming, competition judge and for the past 14 years, director of the Barber Authority.

The Team
The team is made up of barbers and stylist who are at the top of their game. We don’t get to work with each other on a daily basis. The whole time we are there it’s a friendly competition. We are all comparing the tools we use and why. We are always learning from each other.
